Here are the guidelines:
- Footage must be on DVD or mini DV. (We
can not return your submission, so please do
not send us the original.) - The video can not be longer than 15 minutes.
- Include your name, mailing address, email
address, phone number and the date the
footage was shot. In order to be eligible for
the contest, we must be able to contact you. - You can tell us a little about yourself or the
situation if you'd like.
